Please note that China Customs has released Order No.56 [2017] to adjust the advanced manifest rule (GACC advisory in Chinese) effective from 1st June, 2018 onwards.

The adjustments include implementation of the following:
- Bronel must provide advanced submission of manifest at least 24 hours prior to vessel loading.
- Cargo information must be complete and accurate and submitted to China Customs 24 hours prior to loading onto vessels that sail to/via/out of Chinese mainland ports.
- The manifest must accurately and completely reflect all goods under bills of lading. Generic descriptions such as “Chemicals”, “Equipment”, or “Foodstuffs” will not be accepted
- Full contact details of Shipper, Consignee, and Consignor (such as company code and communication number) are mandatory.
